John very kindly alerted me to the fact that Fitzpatrick puts me over the years cap.

My apologies, I had completely forgotten about Marcedes Lewis and the 3 years I was crazy enough to assign to him.

Reading the rules leads me to believe that my last signing, Fitzpatrick, is released with the cap penalty and I can't bid on him for 30 days, correct?
