The App shows 68cb Soft Cap Carryover...MFL shows 50cb - Michael Boley was cut October 16, 2010, but is showing on the App in the Soft Cuts section. This would be where the difference is, but not sure where the extra 3cb in soft cap is coming from, as half of Boley's cut would have been 15.5.

Regardless, Boley should not be included in soft cap, as soft cap did not begin until November 1. So adding in his entire cut penalty is what puts Frank over
