I guess there will always be loopholes that the intelligent people playing in our leagues will be able to find.

I agree though, and I also think this rule is a silly one, and would welcome any input to changing it to make things more 'realistic' with what actually goes one. I was just trying to explain the justification behind what the rules intent was (or at least what I assume Mikes intent was)

We just have to make sure it does not 'seem' to be a Renegotiation, as we all now how people in this league view that word ;-)
