No, it's not too late!
RFA season opens on May 5, 2010... so let's make the last day to make changes to RFA declarations May 3 (48 hours prior). So I guess technically 11:59pm EST May 4th is the end of the offseason... and bidding starts at 12:00am EST May 5th... SO... RFA declarations must be made by 11:59pm EST on May 2nd (Sunday night).

Sound like a plan?
