4.17 TE Elijah Higgins, MIA

If you don't know this kid's story, you should. Stanford WR who played at 225 most of his career. Went to the Senior Bowl and most NFL coaches suggested he switch to TE. The Dolphins drafted him in the 6th round with exactly that in mind. Now granted, he's not pencilled in as the starter... that belongs to Durham Smythe. But the kid is fast! 4.54 forty time... and a 35" vertical leap... he would have tied for the most athletic TE at the combine, but he entered as a WR... and was the 14th most athletic (out of 50) there! Can he make the switch to TE? That remains to be seen. But many in Dolphins camp have been impressed with his work ethic and the progress he's made so far.
