Players losing TS eligibility

The players below will automatically be promoted to the active squad on April 1 unless they are cut before then.

Predators
WR Robert Woods, BUF

Llamas
RB Christine Michael, SEA

Cards
QB Geno Smith, NYJ

Thanks for posting this. I forgot they automatically went active and I want no part of Woods on my active roster (regardless how thin my WR corps is.

Hey Pat. I just realized, I have Charles Johnson on my Rookie squad. You did not say he lost eligibility here in Frenzy, but did in SAC'd - http://www.predsff.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25912

Should he have been dropped from my TS?

WR Charles Johnson is on your PS, not TS; thus not subject to this rule.

In SAC'D, he was on my TS; thus losing eligibility.

MFL site should be up to date now, all recent adds trades drops etc
will post new thread to track any descrepencies

Was Geno TS or PS??? I never activated him from PS...why would he ever go automatically to active roster??? Can we look at changing this "rule" as I believe it to be faulty...move to TS I can barely see...they should be "AUTOMATIC" cut if anything automatic...if the coach hasn't seen fit to make a positive roster move on a player they should be set free...please look into this management...thanks...

Geno Smith was drafted in the 2nd round. He was never PS eligible, only could have been on the TS.

He was TS, Rules state on this state, Each team will be allowed a 5 player Taxi Squad for players with 0-3 years of NFL experience (Players entering their 4th NFL season are NOT eligible for the Taxi Squad ).
so in essence this year would be his 4th, so he automatically goes to active, you have to cut him before the April 1 deadline to not have a cap hit.
