demote WR Dede Westbrook, Jac to TS
Ready for this, 27 weeks active! Thus a 135cb bump in salary which doubles his pay from 136 to 271!
Why demote when I could cut him, simple fear he would be claimed and used against me. Why demote him at all? With Marvin Jones unexpectedly out for the season, it's time to turn back to our emerging rookie in Tennessee.
