Hamburg Havoc granted franchise
Chris Boglev cboglev@paychex.com and Jason Mead jmead@paychex.com have been granted the rights to be the 12th franchise in the NF-FFL for the 2004 season. :clap
They will be replacing the franchise spot that was recently vacated by the Indiana Vagrants (who merged ownership with the back-to-back defending champion Parkwood Predators). Chris and Jason have named their franchise the Hamburg Havoc havoc@predsff.com and have chosen an identity that represents quick strikes of destruction. Their helmet shows a series of lightning bolts in mid-strike. Apparently they're hoping to be able to strike quick and cause severe damage in the NF-FFL , but I'll be a betting man and lay it on the line that they won't finish above .500 in 2004! :box The league now has 12 confirmed franchises, and at least 1 other who has expressed an interest in joining the league (friend of the Stallions)... if Steve friends confirms things by Monday we'll search for a 14th owner, otherwise I'm going to go with the 12 we have confirmed for 2004. Welcome to the NF-FFL Chris and Jason... this is no yahoo league, so get ready for some tough competition!
