RHP announce management structure
The new owners of the Royal Hawaiian Predators announced their management structure in a written release early this morning. Their duties have been defined as follows:
50.01% majority owner Jim White will lead the Royal Hawaiian Predators on game days by serving as the teams Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Director of Amateur Scouting, and Assistant General Manager. Head Coach White will have final say on lineup decisions, as well as final say on offensive decisions as Offensive Coordinator. Coach White will also be the teams top amateur scout and will be responsible for the rookie draft each season, as well as the management of the teams Taxi and Practice squads. 49.99% minority owner Mike SantaLucia will take on the roles of General Manager, Defensive Coordinator, Director of Pro Scouting, and Assistant Head Coach. GM SantaLucia will be the lead negotiator for Pro contracts and is responsible for building the roster with established SACD veterans utilizing all tools at his disposal including the Franchise Tag, RFA Tags, Contract Re-negotiations, RFAs, UFAs, as well as trades with other SACD teams. SantaLucia will also manage the teams defense and the defensive lineups each week. Ownership is confident that their division of duties will lead to a swift return to contention and stable roster management.
