Also what are the years for Smith? How is this even determined? The cutting team or claiming team? Should probably define this in the rules.

Yes,sorry. I will move him from there to IR after we figure out my JuJu to IR penalties.
So far my best guess is I lose Cinn Def with penalties and 30 day no rebid and lose of week 4 stats since JuJu not eligible for IR and Cinn addition then took active to 19. After that with Cinn taken away I think I am legal thru TE Irv Smith claim...

He doesn't have contract years defined due to new TS/PS rules that they aren't declared until going to active. I don't see where we addressed cuts and years.
