Thanks, maybe I meant TS (whichever is available only to the 3rd and 4th rounders and where we only have 3 slots). Sorry for any confusion.

Both the TS and PS have 5 slots. Only 3rd/4th rounders are eligible for the PS. Any draft pick is eligible for the TS, and aside from the 5 player max for each squad, there is no limit on how many players you can place on either the TS or PS as long as you have the eligible players to put there, and contract years available on the TS (TS has a cap of 20 contract years, while there is no contract years cap on the PS). Also once a player moves off the PS they cannot be put back down on it. They can be promoted to TS or Active roster (or demoted to TS from Active), but cannot be demoted back down to PS at any time.
