SACD Roster App correction

Just an FYI - Antonio Gates is listed as having a tender offer of $1,100 on the Roster App. This should be $1,300.

He is also incorrect on the rookie draft app. Clowns should have a 1st round comp pick for him, not a 2nd, and he went for 800cb over tender.
