Unless I missed a move somewhere, it appears that the RFA acquisition of RB Devonta Freeman, ATL by Dos Clowns put them over the salary cap. See roster app.

I had pulled the roster app when bidding started and Smallwood wasn't on active, so at that time I had enough cap space. If I can make a move, I will. If not, I'll take the cap penalty and I guess I don't get Freeman.

Yah, sorry Bryan. I did not update MFL with Smallwood moving to active. I did post that a decision needed to be made, and no cut meant he moved to Active. So you are over the cap.
Freeman will have to be cut, and penalty assessed

So in the spirit of beginning of season chaos, and some leniency, the Rules Committee and Commish has decided to give Clowns a break and impose same penalty that was imposed on The Opihi last year in Frenzy:
