Remember new guy...you have to check prior year salary and decide potential worth to find a bid you can afford to where previous owner decides to let player go...in other words, low bids just promote easy matches for owner...

I believe the Burners tried this strategy a few years back... We considered it until the market got a little too pricey for our taste.

With Higbee at $1150 and our 3 starting WRs at under $1500 total, I figured we could afford the price tag on Kelce.
