Hopefully he lives up to the billing in my mind of reminding me of another PSU linebacker that played in Buffalo many moons ago. Definitely not the same type of linebacker, but Conlan was on the team that made me fall in love with Penn State football.

His work ethic and motor are reportedly much like Conlans. Shane was a GREAT player till his knees gave out. Both are blue collar high character guys too.

Poz has already become a fan favorite here.
