Sure, sure, I've heard all the marijuana stuff too, but I have also read that it was almost 3 years ago when he first arrived at college but since then has matured and stayed clean... Apparently Chucky and the Tampa Bay organization believed him enough to invest the 20th over-all pick on him.

Any way you look at it, Talib has huge upside: He has all the skills and ability to be a shut-down corner, but also is a ferocious tackler and NOT afraid to provide run support (157 tackles, 10 for losses in his short college career). He has the size and frame to add more bulk without losing quickness and could project to Free Safety in the Tampa scheme… I like it!
