2.04 WR Randall Cobb GBP

Like his chances, if not this year, maybe over the next couple. James Jones could be gone via FA and Driver is nearing the end. The Packers use 3 WR sets most of the time so he should have his chances to get on the field.

Sorry it's 2.04, not 2.03, can someone help me fix that.
