As much as I dislike Wisconsin sports, Toon put up really good numbers for a school that is known for running backs and offensive linemen. With Meachem leaving there is a chance for Toon to step in and compete with Henderson and Arrington. Also, Brees spread the ball so if he has the talent Brees will find him. All in all, it's worth a shot in the 4th.
