All bidding on RFA's for the 2004 season has come to an end.
The following players were never bid upon, and thus sell to their tendering teams at the tender amount.
QB Jon Kitna (Cin) sells to the Freedom for 200 cb's WR Joey Galloway (TB) sells to the Ragers for 500 cb's TE Marcus Pollard (Ind) sells to the Opihi for 150 cb's
and finally, stud K John Hall (Was) sells to the Insects for 150 cb's
I'd say the 2004 RFA period was the most interesting and strategic in league history. I further feel that the new tendering and compensation system worked great and added a lot more realism to the process. I thought it was good to see 1/2 the bid upon RFA's find new homes, while the other half stayed with their tendering teams.
