Nice pick.... I definatley would have grabbed him had he stayed at S instead of moving to OLB. He most likely would play SLB as well due to his past experience at Safety, where he will be covering TEs.
He's a better prospect than Alston... but I perfer the OLB switching to SS, rather than the SS switching to OLB. If he was there at 5.6... he would've been mine. In the future I see the Raiders going with Morrison in the middle, Howard the roving playmaker at WLB, and Sam Williams/Darnell Bing at SLB responsible for Antonio Gates and Tony Gonzalez.

Yah tell me about it... the two best TEs in my beloved Raiders division and I think Shanny picked a good one this year in Scheffler 6'5", 4.5 speed, good routes and hands...reportedly just needs to work on blocking.... but is that what Gonzo and Gates are on the field for? I think not... but like you said, should be good for 5 to 6 tackles a game!
