DEMOTE WR Justin Blackmon, JAX (3yr/524cb) to TS
Too expensive and to talented to cut loose.. put him back on the Taxi Squad and see if he gets his life together next year..

Active all of 2012 and 8 games in 2013 = 550cb increase.
550 = current salary of 524cb = new salary of 1074cb.
