Move Derek Carr QB Oak to TS
Pretty sure he can not go back to PS...just need him off active roster...thanks...

One a player is active, he cannot return to the PS. If you have room on your TS, then it's no problem. His contract is increased by 25cbs for every week he was active (which I think is just one week, correct?).

Yes one week...regardless he needs to be off active to make room for other players who want to be Cards!!!
