Ya, I forgot to get him off the IR. I believe that date was May 7 or so. Sorry bout that. What is the penalty for this? I didn't see it in the rules anywhere.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the rules state that his rights are immediately and irrevocably transferred to the OPIHI. :bling
