The 4th round is made for project-RBs... in my opinion. Here's a kid who's a well-rounded back... that finds himself at the end of a depth chart going into his first camp. A few experts think he has what it takes to be a solid RB2 in the league. A spot on my practice squad will allow him time to see if he's got what it takes - even if it's not in Baltimore!
