WR Davone Bess is one of those things you can count on like clockwork (right up there with the sun rising in the East & setting in the West). I believe he'll do well in Cleveland, but just ran out of active roster spots. The Opihi wish this former Hawaii Rainbow Warrior the very best (as always).
