Um, "I ain't no fricken genius"... (or rules chair!)... but I'd guess probably not, since he won't be on the injured list of the Bucs. I feel your pain... I have Keyshawn in another league... and I just cut him today (redraft). He might have value for next season, though... depending on where he signs, come JUNE!

Yeah, my impression is that he would not be eligible for IR... not that production this year matters much for the Mutts anyway. Thought I'd throw it out there for discussion since its such a unique situation. That way, at least maybe the Frenzy can benefit from this craziness.
