IMPORTANT NEWS - Board being upgraded and moved

Some of you may have noticed that we lost a weeks worth of posts from Feb 24th - March 1st. I have been unable to pinpoint the problem, and haven't been able to seek tech support since the license was no longer current.

As a result, I have purchased a new copy of the vBulletin software and the tech support that comes with it.

I will be upgrading the software to the newest release over the next day or so and transitioning things over to a new URL (PredsFF.com). PredsFF.com is hosted by the same company as the current site, however, it uses different servers. The new servers are here in the United States (instead of Hong Kong) and thus should be faster.

The URL to access the new forum board will be http://vbb.predsff.com it's not completely built yet but I will be working on it over the next day or so. Once everything is complete, I will attempt to import the database from this board... seeing as I'm using the same software hopefully that won't be much of a problem.

Also, the leagues I hosted at predatorsfootball.com (the NF-FFL & the Feeding Frenzy) will be moved to the new url.

The new URL to access the Feeding Frenzy league is http://frenzy.predsff.com Note: the Frenzy files have already been moved to the new URL!

The new URL to access the NF-FFL league is http://nf-ffl.predsff.com Note: the NF-FFL files will be moved to the new URL by the end of the day.

Anyhow, I think things should be faster and the boards will not only be running more current software but also will be easier to access.

BTW... it only set me back $160 for the VBB software. 1 Year hosting at the new URL was only $50 (which is pretty cheap). My predatorsfootball.com URL is set to exipre April 11th anyhow, so I just won't renew it most likely.

Moving the boards wasn't nearly as bad as I anticipated! Everything has been transferred to the new site and the software has been upgraded, with a major upgrade to follow within the next 2 weeks.

Let me know if you experience any problems with the new site or the upgraded board.
