Frank, my guess is that there are some soft/hard cap hits that don't jive. I'll take a look this weekend.

I believe the MFL website is wrong and went WAY over on rookie bonuses.

WR Percy Harvin
- MFL: 750
- App: 369 + 168 bonus = 537
- DIFFERENCE = 213

WR Mario Manningham
- MFL: 436
- App: 303 + 66 bonus = 369
- DIFFERENCE = 67

TE Zach Miller
- MFL: 428
- App: 260 + 84 bonus = 344
- DIFFERENCE = 86

Rookie difference: 213 + 67 + 86 = 366

I double checked and the APP rookie bonuses and salaries are correct: Harvin 2nd round #22 WR = 168, Manningham 3rd round #30 WR = 66, Miller 2nd round #11 TE = 84.

Also I was wondering why the difference between rookie salaries on the app 366 is greater than the difference between the APP and MFL 342?

Hey Guys,

I just did a quick comparison between MFL and the App (Something I should have done weeks ago) and found a couple of discrepencies.

1. Maurice Jones-Drew on the WEBSITE is listed at 2752cb and on the APP he is 3200cb. I am assuming his rookie bonus wasn't added on the WEBSITE.

2. Devin Thomas WR Was is listed on Active squad on the APP but Taxi squad on the WEBSITE. We didn't move him up and he was drafted in 2008. Unless I am thinking wrong about years, he can spend the 2010 season on the TS. Can you guys help us out? Is this right, or did he get moved up by a previous owner?

Brandon, Devin Thomas was promoted to active last year by previous owner - I guess I missed it - will make the move on MFL

Look further down that link. You renegotiated him to 5 years which resulted in a 300cb increase. I do have the years wrong as he should be 5 years not 4 years.

Patrick has been finding discrepancies between App and Website, so I have been making adjustments on the website to match the App (things I have missed or amounts made in error) - so please recheck your team and verify we are correct...Scorpions is close to out of money..everyone else has had minor (less than 100cb) adjustments made....

you were allowed to renegotiate him, just not at the 150cb discount for traded players with less than one year remaining on their contract.

Did we misunderstand you that you wanted to go forward with reneg at the 300cb increase?

ok, maybe i am misunderstanding the ruling, i thought you couldnt renegotiate a player with more than one year, so the rule is just you get a discount if they have one year remaining. I was operating as if the reneg didnt go through, and thats fine to keep it that way, if thats allowed. I just assumed he was at his original value from the trade

One question on my roster breakdown...under the Soft Cap Cuts it shows a roster penalty for Jonathan Vilma. I think that is incorrect, unless you can confirm that. I had Vilma at the end of 2009 so I am confused on where the roster penalty came from.

I don't have a penalty for you for Vilma on MFL...Bounty Hunters and 36 Chambers both had penalties assessed for Vilma...

Cool. I did not read the details of the Crayton thread. I will update the thread and add Crayton back to your active roster on the app.

As far as the lineup on the website, I believe Burt will be working on updating the website. However, you can always list starters in the comment box of the lineup submission form.
