The addition of Dawson, combined with the addition of Jenkins puts the Mutts over both the cap and the maximum roster size of 18.

Despite the Jenkins cut and corresponding penalties, the Mutts are still 100 over the cap.
Jake has until 9:36am on Sunday 10/7 to get under or 3rd offense roster penalties will be applied (an additional 25% cap hit on top of the standard 20%), and like with Jenkins, Jake will receive a 30 day ban on bidding for Dawson.

Jake missed the deadline to clear cap, thus Dawson returns to Free Agency and 3rd Offense Roster Penalties are enforced.
 Due to the penalties on Jenkins and Dawson, the Mutts are now over the cap by 18cbs and need to make a move to get under ASAP.
