Wish I could have had him back in the fold... but even at that "bargain" price (especially if Boldin is out for a while, or jumps ship after this season), I couldn't squeeze him in!

I don't have my roster app with me at home (it's on my laptop at work)... but the 24 hour window did pass without either a declaration of years or a roster move. If indeed there was no room on the squad for Breaston, then he would be released back into free agency and the Swords assessed the roster penalty, plus not allowed to rebid on him for 30 days.

Waiting for confirmation from the official roster app guy!

Ahh...looking at the times, I believe I was overdue on making a cut for Breaston.

Yes, the cut was necessary, so there was no room for Breston at the time of closing. Breaston is released to FA.
