Bobby, I believe in the past, we usually just do these promotions at the time of declaring RFA, UFA and Rookie assignments. I don't think it needs to be done in separate threads...only cuts are made in separate threads....
But I have not done the research to prove this...I guess it doesn't matter...just helps me to have it all in one place at this time of year when I go to update MFL...

That's how I was planning to do it Burt .. seperate threads only for the cuts and one big post for declarations?

I guess its no big deal to post them separately too, but make sure your declarations have the promotions and rookie cuts also....
But cuts definitely need to be posted separately
