I think it's little to do with Dalton and more to do with the Bengals being a trainwreck and they want to see what they have in the rookie while they tank, and possibly gun for Tua.

Dalton sucks. Has always sucked minus a couple decent years IMO. He's always been inconsistent. He can't win the big games. He's a master of the pick-6.
