1.03 RB Jahmyr Gibbs, DET
The Royal Hawaiian Predators reluctantly let go of our former "primo RB" Alvin Kamara... his age, injuries, and legal problems... combined with his salary... necessitated that move. With the 3rd overall pick in the 2023 rookie SACD draft, the Predators may have secured his replacement. Alabama RB Jahmyr Gibbs isn't as big, nor as physical as Kamara... but he's got world-class speed and can stay on the field as a receiver. In fact, it could be argued that he was the most consistent receiver for the Crimson Tide last year! Evidently, the Lions also liked what they saw... and promptly traded D'Andre Swift after the draft. Yah, Mongtomery is there as well... but we feel Gibbs will be the #1RB sooner than later. The RHP welcome Jahmyr to the franchise, and we look forward for many productive fantasy years to come!
