Jason says thanks, but no thanks to co-owning though he is happy to take the top spot on the waiting list (would take a team in either SAC'D or Frenzy for that matter).

Yeah I think placing him at #1 for an opening in either league is fair.

No, just stating that he would have picked heads had he the choice. I personally think the precedent has been set for choice in the matter. I also think the rules clearly state, if not explicitly, then implicitly that choice in a coin flip is presumed. How you don't see that, I just don't understand.
