CUT RB Mark Ingram, NO (1400, RFA)
I don't believe he's eligible for waivers... since he's a designated RFA for the Opihi. His 4-game suspension has made him expendable.

MFL is updated and the Opihi are under the cap by 377. AHam is already killing it....

So...since he was a RFA and we can't trade those players...can you tell us on here the financial ramifications of this move...i.e. How it breaks down...I know it's in the rules, but now we have a legit example to look back on...and when can an owner go get Ingram as he is no longer a RFA or on a roster...

It's a 20% cap hit (so 280cbs). And he becomes an UFA. Will be on the open market after the rookie draft.
