He was place on IR September 9th - so he cannot come off IR until after this weekends games are complete, assuming I counted properly

Is it actual time or just game weeks? (first game was Sept 10th)
It's been 4 game weeks... or I guess it would be today (not yesterday) if it is actual time lol. Either way I'd like to move him up for Sunday please

ok, you are correct he's been on IR for 4 games. so either way if its 4 weeks time hes eligible to come off today, if its 4 games then he's also eligible. I believe I'm interpreting the rule correctly.
