The subject line is updated following the final bid and decision.
Enter the bid first, followed by a space and add comments, as wanted.

Example:
Subject line RB Travis Etienne NO

In Notes:
800cb

Add comments after the bid, if you want...

This will maintain the history of the initial bid

Mike, can you confirm.
I read the RFA bidding thread and it seems to be outdated. I think we changed this over time to not include the bid in the subject and include in the comments.

Yes I'm sure we did at some point.

Always just the bid itself on the first line of the message, followed by commentary on separate lines below.

Bid title is just the position, player and team.
