So far I have Team Names and Helmets for the following:

Subzero (Keepers)
Chagrin Falls D. M. K. M. Snow Goons (Rami)
Falcon Floyds (Burt the Butcher - formerly paulsonpatch)
Disciples of the 36 Chambers (Swords)
Buffalo Pitbulls (Preds)
Bay Area Bloodsuckers (Flaxwless - formerly Insects)

I still need to hear from:
randilover
Dodgers
Freedom
Mutts
Skippy
Valencia

FYI - If you want to change your board login to something without your Frenzy or NF-FFL team name let me know what you want and I can make the change. With many of us in multiple leagues here it doesn't make sense to use the team name for logins anymore.
