1.20 changes hands again, heads to the Preds
The Parkwood Predators have aquired 2007 rookie draft pick 1.20 from the Amish Rake Fighters.
In return, the Rake Fighters receve back their 2nd rd pick in 2008 (the one with the option between the Amish and Insects) as well as pick 3.5 in this years draft, and a salary dump of newly retired WR Keyshawn Johnson. I'll be posting a pick as soon as Joel confirms.

Sorry for the delay there guys. I really wanted to get the next year's 2nd back especially with the condition that it is the highest of Bay and Amish's 2nds. That could end up being a high pick due to the fact of the Comp restructuring and Insects and Amish's rebuilding years. It also gives me more leverage in trading as both those 2nds were tied up due to the conditioning.
Although I like Craig Davis, I have 3 young picks this year and my TS was filling up. Getting a meaningless 3rd for the year was no bigger as was the 65 cut in Keyshawn. All in all I gave up one 4th rounder to move up to 1.20 and used that to get my 2nd back next year which I believe has a high chance of being higher than pick 20. Again, sorry for the hold-up. At least it was night time for most of us. Joel - Amish |
