Maybe Seattle should have kept him. Morris looked pathetic last week, not to mention last year...and now with their 3rd starting WR gone to the IR, they could use someone back there.....

I may be mis-remembering it, but wasn't his performance hit due to two injuries after he signed the big contract?

I have to give Allen some credit for Game 1: although he had no sacks and no tackles, it sounds like (I was listening on the radio) he was was wreaking havoc on their O-line. After the third penalty in the first quarter on Clifton, the radio announcer said: "Basically, Clifton has no choice but to hold Allen if he wants to protect his QB". That bodes well for the future...
