yes it's current... teams have 24 hours to make a waiver claim, then they will be awarded to the highest ranking team on the wire.

You're the highest ranking waiver claim... but I was wrong about the 24-hour period... that's only during IN-SEASON free agency. Now we're in OFF-SEASON free agency, so it's a 72-hour period (LINK). You still have to wait about an hour.
