Wow, that's the 1st bad move I've seen the Undead make. I'm a bit stunned at them letting Favre go so cheap. Damn. Streets has potential and all, but so does KJ. Wow. Great deal for the Mutts IMO.

It is painful to say goodbye to Favre. The Packers O could be better this year than last. But we had just too much cap committed to the QB position, and we expect to need that cap room for *ahem* other purposes. It's a lot of faith to place of Harrington this early, but Favre might have become a cap casualty anyway, so I took what I could get for him. (Also, I have this unnerving hunch that the injury bug is looming above that yellow helmet....)

KJ for Streets is a pretty even trade, but I save 300 cbs on the deal.

Wait a minute... did I just get some respect from Mike?!?!?

This cap-room thing sure makes us look at trades differently. I agree with the initial response... looks like a great move by the Mutts. But the Undead have done well with managing their team, so I guess they know what they're doing!

Not sure all that faith in Harrington will pay off THIS year, though... new coach, new system, very (green) young QB... should be interesting to watch!
