Looking over the rulebook, it appears we need two volunteers...once to be keeper of the rule book (Secretary) and one to take Jake's spot on Rules committee.
The pay and benefits suck, but hey, the commish can't do everything...come on...you know you wanna...
I will update the rule book to get it current. I can point you to the software I use, which at first glance, appears to be pretty easy to use. And it's free.
