Does Lockett get 6 weeks added to his salary (2 weeks active last year, plus 4 this year) or is it only when his team has played, and should be 5, since Seattle was on bye this week? I assume NFL weeks stop once our regular season ends?

Lockett already had two weeks active (50cbs previously added). He then gets 6 more weeks added to his salary (1 week in 2015 and 5 weeks in 2016 for 150cbs).
