Unless I am missing a cut, this signing puts Clowns over the 12 IDP limit and he will be cut, and Clowns may not bid on him for 30 days...

I had given Farley 2 years last year instead of 1. It looks like Clowns started Farley 1st three games, but his score had no impact on the outcome of either of the three games. even giving him a zero in that spot. So looks like no harm done.
I've cut Farley and added back Jackson and reversed all penalties.
