While updating roster app, it appears that a cut needs to be made in order to accommodate Ross's contact years on the active roster. Currently showing that 1 additional contract must be cleared.

Regardless this move is void as a cut wasn't made within 24 hours, Ross should be moved back to the TS and his salary bumped 5cbs for 1 week active. If Roosters makes a cut to accommodate Ross's years, then he can re-promote still for the week, but the salary bump remains IMO.
