Promote WR Richie James, KCC to Active from PS
Assign 1 year for 2023 automatic roster promotion from PS

There isn't an auto promotion from PS. That only applies to TS. Players may remain on PS through infinity now that years aren't assigned until promoted to active.

Wasn't sure, I believe it still says 5 in the rules.

Good point. Is 5 years the max a player can stay on PS? I don't see where this was specifically laid out.
