The top guy on my board at this point, and a 'Canes homer pick to boot. Rocky has a good chance to play the WILL for the Redskins this year. That position netted 79 total tackles and 2 sacks in a very underperforming past year. He has dealt with minor injuries in the past, so that is a concern. In the end, however, you don't start for the Miami Hurricanes at LB unless you have extreme potential and talent!
