Really debated this pick, TE isn't a need position seeing as I snagged Vernon Davis in the 1st, and already have Kevin Everett on my DS, however, IMO, Byrd cleary was the best value on the board.
So I went value over need, specifically need at QB since I'm not sold on any of the remaining QB's really having much of a chance to have the type of fantasy value Byrd could achieve with Linehan as his coach.
