Joel, this puts you over the cap by 94 cbs. As you may or may not be aware, each team is responsible for policing their own rosters, regardless of the updates to the message boards. You're way past the 24 hour period of getting your roster into compliance.

I'll let the comish make the call of whether or not you have a grace period to get into compliance of if roster penalties will be applied immediately.

Since this is a 1st offense for Joel (to my knowledge), and we didn't mark it right away (due to the weekend), I'd allow him to get in compliance with the cap by the end of today.

Failure to do so will result in Vick being released back into Free Agency and all normal Roster Penalties applied.
